How do I get invited?+
Someone inside may be able to open a door for you. Or you can ask us here.
Can I just buy a ticket?+
No. Invitations carry a price, but the invitation comes first. Nothing is on general sale.
How long is my invitation valid?+
An invitation is open for twenty-four hours. After that it simply closes. The window is written on the invitation itself.
Can I bring someone?+
Sometimes a door opens that you can give to somebody. Your pass will tell you if one does. It is never your own place you are giving away — that stays yours.
How does paying work?+
You confirm from the invitation itself. Once you start, your place is held for fifteen minutes while you finish. If the payment itself goes wrong you can pick it up again; if the hold runs out, the invitation closes.
When do I get my pass?+
The moment you confirm. It lives on your phone from then until the morning after.
What if my payment fails?+
Try again from the same invitation. Your place stays held while you do.
Can I transfer my place to someone else?+
Yes. If your plans change, your place can go on to one person. You do it from your pass. The moment they take it, it is theirs and yours stops working.
What is the dress code?+
It depends which world the night is. One of the three asks you to wear white, and it is not negotiable.
What if I lose my phone?+
Come to the door and say so. Your place exists on our side, not only on your screen.
Is the venue accessible?+
There is a level entrance on the north side and seating available on request. Tell us what you need when you request an invitation and we will arrange it.
Is this a religious event?+
No. It is an electronic music event in a building that happens to be extraordinary, held with the permission and the involvement of the people who look after it.
